Responsibilities for the Maintenance Coordinator role include but are not limited to:

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment reliability and minimal downtime.

This role works closely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and lean teams to develop efficient computerized maintenance management system and help develop TPM (Total productivity maintenance programs), manage work orders, and support continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
Candidates for this Maintenance Coordinator role must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

5 years of experience in maintenance planning or scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong working knowledge of CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or similar).

Understanding what TPM is.

Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems is preferred.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay Details: $42.00 per hour
