Love rolling up your sleeves, keeping a shop humming, and backing up expert technicians? Our Cincinnati, OH 45215 CNC rebuild operation is looking for a facilities support pro who wants to learn, contribute, and help restore precision machines to peak performance.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and tear down CNC equipment in coordination with the rebuild team.
• Sustain a spotless, well‑organized floor and benches.
• Assist with routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machinery.
• Move, stage, and store parts and tools responsibly and safely.
• Tackle straightforward assembly/disassembly assignments.
• Track inventory, supplies, and materials; help with counts and restocking.
• Follow established safety rules and promote a safe workspace.
• Offer ideas and teamwork to improve flow and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or a CNC shop is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented; follows directions accurately.
• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to build new skills.
• Able to lift and handle heavy items; comfortable with physical labor.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• Working knowledge of shop safety practices.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Capabilities

• Equipment troubleshooting, including mechanical diagnostics.
• Reading electrical schematics; working on electrical/electronic systems.
• Soldering; conduit pulling.
• Pneumatics experience and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of single/three‑phase power and 120/208/240/480V systems; high‑voltage familiarity.
• Motor maintenance, repair, and change‑out.
• Conveyor chain replacement; maintenance and repair fundamentals.
• Pipefitting; mechanical assembly skill.
• Equipment installation, wiring, repair, and ongoing maintenance.
• Blueprint reading; accurate tape‑measure use.
• Excellent communication; High School/GED.

Equipment and Technology You’ll Use

• Warehouse management software; labeling systems.
• HVAC systems; heat gun; Fluke multimeter.
• Safety glass for eye protection.
• Hyster sit‑down forklifts and pallet jacks; crane; overhead crane.
• Box trucks; cargo vans.
• Skil circular saw; band saw; belt sander; manual grinder; Miller manual plasma cutter.
• Power tools from DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee, Bosch, Ryobi, and Hilti.
• Manual lathe; engine lathe; Cincinnati press brake.
• Conveyor systems; paint sprayer.
• Forklifts (Hyster).
