Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Join Nortex Security LLC as a Level 3 Security Guard, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect security breaches.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and respond promptly to alarms or incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and the public.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment for all.
- Assist in emergency response situations and coordinate with local law enforcement.
- Stay updated on security protocols and participate in ongoing training sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of security experience.
- Valid Level 3 Security License in Texas.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and respond to emergencies.
- Proficient in using security technology and equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
