About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Project Scheduler / Planner to support large-scale industrial construction projects in Houston, TX. You'll play a critical role in planning and managing schedules for high-profile manufacturing and infrastructure projects, working directly with engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams.

This is a hands-on scheduling position focused on project execution—not just reporting. The ideal candidate has experience building and managing complex Primavera P6 schedules while supporting fast-paced industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Build and manage resource-loaded schedules.
- Track project progress and analyze schedule performance.
- Identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path impacts.
- Develop recovery plans to maintain project milestones.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams.
- Present schedule updates and forecasts to project leadership.
- Support execution across large industrial construction projects.

Required Qualifications
\n
✔ 5+ years of Project Scheduling or Planning experience
\n
✔ Expert-level experience with Primavera P6
\n
✔ Experience supporting large industrial construction projects
\n
✔ Background with EPC contractors, self-perform contractors, or construction execution
\n
✔ Experience creating resource-loaded schedules
\n
✔ Strong knowledge of:
