We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Leasing Consultant to support a local apartment community in the Orlando area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with apartment leasing experience who are ready to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents.
- Conduct apartment tours and showcase available units.
- Process rental applications and lease agreements.
- Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Assist with daily leasing office operations.
Qualifications
- Previous apartment leasing experience required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, or other property management software is a plus.
