Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the rapid stand-up and launch of new utility customer programs, specifically the Scheduled Dispatch Virtual Power Plant (SDVPP) and Bring Your Own Device Load Reduction (BYODLR) initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for defining launch requirements, creating a structured execution plan, and coordinating across cross-functional business units, IT/OT teams, and external program administrators. Success requires navigating complex organizational dynamics with minimal guidance, maintaining tight project schedules, and driving accountability across all stakeholders to ensure program compliance and successful deployment.

Responsibilities

\n
• Develop and execute a structured, end-to-end launch plan for new customer programs within aggressive timelines as mandated by statute.
\n
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across multiple business teams, IT and OT groups, and external program administrators.
\n
• Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables spanning from the customer journey to technical IT/OT integration considerations.
\n
• Navigate internal organizational dynamics to align stakeholders and maintain project momentum with minimal supervision.
\n
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure key deliverables stay on schedule.
\n
• Hold project team members and partners accountable for delivering on commitments.
\n
• Facilitate regular project status updates, alignment meetings, and risk mitigation strategies..

Required Skills & Experience
\n
\n
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Degree N/A).
\n
• More than 5 years of dedicated project management experience.
\n
• High-level understanding of IT and OT technical systems and integration concepts.
\n
• Proven track record of managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.
\n
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and adaptability skills.
\n
• Strong leadership ability to drive accountability and work collaboratively on a team.
