Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job SummaryWe are seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems. This position is responsible for ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently through preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and facility equipment.
- Perform emergency repairs on production equipment as needed.
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance on machines and plant equipment.
- Diagnose equipment issues and replace or repair defective parts.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders.
- Test equipment and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation.
- Perform basic machinist duties as required.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment safely.
- Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report concerns to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and work orders.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
