<li>Pull fiber through conduit systems, ensuring proper tension and protection from damage.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Inspect and maintain manholes, handholes, and other underground structures for cable integrity and safety.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with crew members and project managers to coordinate installation and maintenance schedules.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of cable routes, splice points, and testing results.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely in compliance with OSHA and company standards.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow all environmental, safety, and regulatory guidelines during underground operations.</li>
