\n

Position Summary

\n

Opkey is seeking a Project Manager with strong hands-on Oracle Cloud experience to lead the delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM testing, automation, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing change programs.

\n

This role requires a strong combination of Oracle functional expertise and project delivery capabilities. The successful candidate should be comfortable working at the functional and technical-detail level, understanding Oracle configurations and business processes, and translating those requirements into effective testing and automation strategies.

\n

The role will work closely with customers, Oracle functional and technical consultants, Opkey Automation Engineers, and internal delivery teams to ensure successful execution.

\n

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can go beyond traditional project coordination—someone who can understand the functional details, challenge requirements, troubleshoot issues, guide the technical team, and drive the overall project toward successful completion.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

Oracle Functional & Technical Delivery

\n

· Lead delivery activities for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM implementation, testing, automation, enhancement, and regression-testing programs.

\n

· Develop a strong understanding of customer Oracle environments, including modules, configurations, business processes, customizations, and integrations.

\n

· Work directly with customers and Oracle functional teams to understand requirements and translate business processes into testing and automation requirements.

\n

· Review Oracle configurations and functional requirements to determine their impact on test coverage and automation.

\n

· Work closely with Automation Engineers to define, review, and validate automated test scenarios.

\n

· Provide functional guidance to technical and automation teams when troubleshooting test failures or application behavior.

\n

· Participate in root-cause analysis of functional, data, configuration, integration, and automation issues.

\n

· Support Oracle quarterly patch/update programs and identify changes that may impact existing regression coverage.

\n

· Identify gaps in test coverage and recommend additional scenarios based on Oracle functionality and configuration changes.

\n

· Ensure automated test cases accurately represent the customer's business processes and expected Oracle application behavior.

\n

\n

Project Management & Delivery

\n

· Own project planning, milestones, dependencies, RAID items, and delivery commitments.

\n

· Coordinate activities across customers, Oracle consultants, Automation Engineers, PMO, Support, and internal teams.

\n

· Drive projects from discovery and planning through testing, validation, deployment, and closure.

\n

· Conduct project standups, working sessions, customer meetings, and governance meetings.

\n

· Track project progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and scope changes.

\n

· Maintain project schedules, dashboards, status reports, action items, and delivery documentation.

\n

· Ensure clear ownership and accountability across functional and technical teams.

\n

· Proactively escalate critical issues and drive them through resolution.

\n

· Manage multiple customer projects and priorities while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.

\n

\n

Customer & Stakeholder Management

\n

· Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout the delivery lifecycle.

\n

· Participate in discovery sessions to understand the customer's Oracle implementation, business processes, configurations, and testing needs.

\n

· Guide customers on testing strategy, regression coverage, automation opportunities, and best practices.

\n

· Work with business and functional stakeholders during SIT, UAT, regression, patch validation, and post-go-live activities.

\n

· Challenge unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent requirements and ensure appropriate functional analysis is completed before execution.

\n

· Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly to customer and internal stakeholders.

\n

· Build strong working relationships with customer functional teams and Oracle implementation partners.

\n

\n

Typical Daily Activities

\n

· Review project progress and identify functional or technical blockers.

\n

· Work with Automation Engineers to clarify Oracle business processes, configurations, and expected application behavior.

\n

· Review test cases and automation scenarios for functional accuracy and completeness.

\n

· Participate in customer working sessions to understand requirements and resolve functional questions.

\n

· Analyze Oracle patch or configuration changes and determine their potential regression-testing impact.

\n

· Troubleshoot failed test scenarios and determine whether the root cause is related to configuration, data, application behavior, or automation.

\n

· Review RAID items, dependencies, and upcoming project milestones.

\n

· Coordinate with customer and internal teams to resolve blockers.

\n

· Review test execution results and identify coverage gaps and trends.

\n

· Support SIT, UAT, regression, and validation cycles.

\n

· Prepare customer-facing status reports, dashboards, and delivery updates.

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

· 6+ years of experience with Oracle applications, including significant hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud functional experience.

\n

· Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and/or HCM.

\n

· Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud business processes, configurations, and implementation methodologies.

\n

· Experience in one or more Oracle functional areas, such as Financials, HCM, or SCM.

\n

· Strong ability to understand Oracle configurations and their impact on business processes and testing.

\n

· Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations, enhancements, quarterly updates, or regression-testing programs.

\n

· Experience creating, reviewing, or validating functional test scenarios and business-process test cases.

\n

· Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and perform structured root-cause analysis.

\n

· Experience working with QA, testing, automation, or technical teams.

\n

· Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.

\n

· Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and dependencies simultaneously.

\n

· Working knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.

\n

· Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

\n

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

\n

\n

\n

· Can comfortably discuss functional requirements with Oracle consultants and customer business teams.

· Can identify gaps in requirements, test coverage, and business-process validation.

\n

· Can independently drive customer discussions and delivery decisions.
