Job Title: Senior Project Controls Analyst
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Duration: 12 months+/ possibility to perm conversion
About the Role
Join a team delivering critical energy infrastructure projects. As a Senior Project Controls Analyst, you will independently lead advanced project scheduling, Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk analysis for major and mega-scale initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules using advanced EVM and critical path methods
- Lead risk management plans, workshops, and assessments
- Ensure contractor compliance with project controls requirements
- Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and support process improvements
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent
- 8–15 years of experience in Project Controls, Project Management, or Construction
- Strong expertise in scheduling, EVM, risk management, and project controls tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Available for M–Thu onsite in Salt Lake City (Fri remote)
Preferences (Nice-to-Have)
- Master’s degree
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- PMP or AACE Certification
