Company: Midway Staffing
Location: Columbia, SC
Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Job Overview
Midway Staffing is seeking professional, customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Porter. In this role, you will provide excellent resident support by assisting with package management and delivering outstanding customer service in a residential community.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents in a friendly, professional manner.
- Log and track incoming packages using the package management system.
- Assist residents with package retrieval and answer package-related inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with the on-site team to provide exceptional resident services.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the package room.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Comfortable using computers and entering information into tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled hours
- Professional appearance with smart casual business attire.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
