Job DescriptionPost-Construction Cleaner\nLuxe Commercial Services \n3815 River Crossing Parkway #100\nIndianapolis, IN 46240\n\nPay: $20 to $25 per hour\nEmployment type: Per project\nSchedule: 8am to 5pm\nBenefits: Bonus potential\nOpenings: Ongoing - we are hiring continuously\n\nWhat the role does\nFinal cleans on new builds and renovations: dust and debris, floors, glass, fixtures, bathrooms/kitchens, trash haul-out, punch-list detail work, and site safety basics so spaces are move-in ready.\n\nRequirements\n- Reliable transport around Indy\n- Ability to work a checklist with little supervision\n- Physical work (stand/bend/kneel, ladders, lift ~50 lbs)\n- Comfort on dusty/construction sites\n- Work authorization\n\nNice to haves\n- Prior post-construction or commercial cleaning\n- Floor equipment experience\n- Flexible project hours
