The Maintenance Repairman will be responsible for maintaining and repairing residential properties as a solo technician. This role requires expertise in painting, flooring installation and repair, plumbing, general maintenance, and preventive upkeep to ensure properties remain safe and functional. Occasional on-call or emergency repairs are expected, requiring strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Responsibilities
