ServiceNow Developer / Administrator (Hybrid)
Location: Evendale, OH (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: Contract

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to support and enhance multiple ServiceNow FedRAMP instances in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow administration and development experience, an active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and expertise across ITSM applications.
Responsibilities
- Configure, administer, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Support Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
- Perform platform administration, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and product owners.
- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and system maintenance.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve platform performance issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of ServiceNow Administration and/or Development experience.
- Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (Required).
- Strong hands-on experience with:

- Experience troubleshooting complex ServiceNow issues.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- U.S. Citizen required.
- Must be able to work 3 days per week onsite in Evendale, OH.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- SPM or APM Certification
- ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 Certification
- ServiceNow Integration experience (REST APIs, IntegrationHub)
