We’re hiring a Leasing Consultant to help drive occupancy, deliver exceptional resident experiences, and support day-to-day leasing operations.

What You’ll Do
- Guide prospects through the full leasing process—from tour to move-in
- Showcase apartment homes and community amenities
- Qualify applicants and manage leasing documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects
- Support marketing and outreach efforts to drive traffic
- Assist with renewals, recertifications, and compliance paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and property management systems
- Help coordinate resident events and engagement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of leasing, property management, or customer-facing experience
- Affordable housing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy (MS Office + property management systems)
- Bilingual is a plus
Additional Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass background check and drug screening
