Unlock Realty is hiring Buyer’s Agents in the Atlanta area to work with homebuyers who are actively looking. We provide the leads, the tools, and the coaching, so you can spend your time with clients instead of searching for them.
What We Provide
- Zillow Preferred buyer leads, plus other lead sources
- Appointment-setting support to help get buyer consultations on your calendar
- Training and mentorship for new and experienced agents
- Round-the-clock CRM access to track your pipeline and follow-ups
- Transaction coordination from contract to closing
- Agent referral program: Earn 5% for life, with no cap, on every closed deal from each agent you refer
A Typical Week
- Meet with buyers to learn their needs, budget, and timeline
- Schedule and lead home tours
- Help clients compare options and choose homes that fit their priorities
- Write offers and guide buyers through negotiation and closing
- Stay in regular contact so buyers feel supported at every step
Who We’re Looking For
- Active Georgia real estate license
- Knowledge of the Atlanta market, or the willingness to learn it
- Clear communication and consistent follow-through
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for some evening and weekend showings
