We are seeking an Apartment Community Manager to become a part of our team! We are encouraging highly skilled apartment assistant community managers to apply. We are a small company that does not have ribbons of corporate red tape.

Responsibilities:
- Day to day operation of 241 apartment homes
- Manager marketing
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Work with the operations manager to create a great team of 6
- Ensure property rules and regulations are being followed
- Prepare legal documents and appear in court when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management
- Ability to read a resident
- Familiarity with leases
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Yardi, Outlook and google is helpful
