Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for an Assisted Living Facility located in the Auburn, NY area
Maintenance Technician: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of general maintenance, maintaining a clean environment, vendor negotiation, painting, and ordering and maintaining adequate housekeeping and maintenance supplies. Must be able to assist in housekeeping efforts and staff management.
Maintenance Technician requirements:
Three to five years of property management or other building maintenance experience performing the duties of a Maintenance Director or Maintenance Technician.
