Maintenance Technician Job Posting
Maintenance Technician – Full-Time Location: Olathe, KS | Pay: $20.00 – $23.00/hour | 30–40 hours per week

What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance in apartments, common areas, grounds, and equipment
- Respond to service requests in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents and associates
- Provide courteous and professional service to residents, guests, and staff
- Report equipment and facility conditions to leadership
- Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation
- Work scheduled 5 days a week, including weekend shifts
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience in building or equipment repair
- Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general maintenance
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact professionally and respectfully with residents and coworkers
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check after job offer
