Position: IT Project Manager III / Senior Agile Project Manager

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Agile IT Project Manager to support a large-scale Manufacturing enterprise technology environment, overseeing software development projects and driving delivery across cross-functional teams.
\n
\n
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, product and business, with a strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

What you'll be doing:
\n
\n
- \n
- Leading end-to-end delivery of software development projects across hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
- Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources and risks.
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
- Working closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, UX Designers, QA and business stakeholders.
- Driving improvements in project delivery, team collaboration and Agile processes.
- Managing stakeholder expectations and communicating project progress to senior leadership.

What we're looking for:
\n
\n
- \n
- 4+ years' experience in IT project management, ideally within enterprise software development.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments.
- Proficiency with Jira for sprint management, work tracking and release planning.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and project governance skills.
- CSM, PMI-ACP or SAFe certifications would be advantageous.
