Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and highly professional Weekend Armed Security Officer to provide security coverage during weekend shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding personnel, property, and assets by maintaining a secure environment through proactive patrols, surveillance, and timely incident response. This position is ideal for experienced security professionals seeking weekend-only employment while making a meaningful impact on the safety of our clients and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor assigned premises through CCTV systems and conduct routine patrols to identify and address potential security risks.
Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, emergencies, disturbances, and other security incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessary.
Control access to the property by verifying authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries while preventing unauthorized entry.
De-escalate conflicts using sound judgment, effective communication, and professional conflict resolution techniques.
Complete accurate and detailed incident, activity, and shift reports in a timely manner.
Enforce company policies and site-specific procedures while maintaining a visible and professional security presence.

Qualifications

Previous experience in armed security, law enforcement, military service, or a related field preferred.
Valid armed security license and any required state certifications.
Strong understanding of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and legal responsibilities.
Excellent communication, observation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods as required.

Schedule

Weekend Availability Required
Saturday and Sunday shifts (day, evening, or overnight based on operational needs).
