The Carol Royse Team is a third-generation real estate team that has served the East Valley for decades. We are adding one agent. Not five, not ten. One.

Most agents spend their week hunting for someone to talk to. Ours spend it in front of buyers and sellers who already raised their hand. Our appointment setter books the meeting, our marketing team runs the advertising, and our transaction team carries the file to closing. Your job is to show up prepared, follow the system, and help people buy and sell homes.

What You Get

• Weekly appointments booked for you from radio, Google, Zillow, sign calls, and open houses

• A full-time appointment setter, marketing team, and transaction coordinator behind you

• A proven buyer and seller presentation, with scripts, so you are never winging it

• Weekly live sales training and roleplay with leadership

• A weekly open house system, with the signs, marketing, and same-day lead follow-up handled for you

• In-house lending partners who help your buyers get to the closing table

Compensation:

$78,000 - $155,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

• Run buyer and seller appointments using our presentation

• Show homes, write offers, and negotiate for clients

• Host open houses on team listings

• Keep the CRM updated the same day

• Attend weekly team training at our Tempe office

Qualifications:

Who This Is For

• You hold an active Arizona real estate license, or are close to finishing one

• You are coachable and will use a script before you try to improve it

• You are driven by income and want more at-bats than you can create alone

• You are comfortable asking for the signature

• You can work evenings and weekends, because that is when clients are available
