Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the technician will have opportunities for growth within a management track.

Responsibilities

<li>Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical machinery, electrical systems, and hydraulic equipment</li>
<li>Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency</li>
<li>Implement and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with a maintenance team of 4-7 members to coordinate repair activities</li>
<li>Report maintenance status and issues to the Maintenance Manager</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies</li>
