Job DescriptionProvidence Place of Pottsville is looking for a Maintenance Associate.

The Maintenance Associate works closely with the Maintenance Director to keep our building in good working order. A typical day involves painting an apartment, assisting a resident moving into our community, helping with preventive maintenance and handling several work orders.

Hours: 8:30 am – 5 pm

Minimum Qualifications:

· Good Painting skills

· Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems

· High School diploma

· Valid driver’s license; must have clean driving record with no major violations over the past two years.
