IT Support Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 to $22.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Basic Technical Support
- Respond to employee IT issues
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Reset passwords and unlock user accounts
- Install and configure computers, printers, and phones
- Help users with email, VPN, and internet access
- Assist with basic network setup
- Monitor internet and server availability
- Escalate major network issues to senior staff
IT Support Qualifications:
- At least 3 years IT experience required
- Longevity in work history required
- Ability to work on a team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
