Pay: $21.00 - $27.00/hour

Increase: Pay raise after 6 months based on performance and attendance

Schedule: Flexible start times (5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, or 7:00 AM) with an 8-hour shift from arrival

Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician (Service) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and validating precision electronic and electro-mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate has strong technical aptitude, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in delivering quality products and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Conduct functional testing to verify equipment performance and compliance with specifications.
  • Use test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools to identify issues.
  • Document test results, repairs performed, and other service-related activities.
  • Follow technical drawings, schematics, work instructions, and specifications.
  • Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action efforts when failures occur.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with quality and safety standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the service and repair department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in electronic testing, troubleshooting, repair, manufacturing, or service technician roles preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Experience using electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to document work accurately.
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or related education is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakewood Ranch, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
