Job Description Snelling is currently recruiting Maintenance Techs for a company in the Birmingham area. The hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday thru Friday. The pay rate is $15/hr. Job Duties for Maintenance Tech:
- Will assist with general landscaping work and maintenance work; dry wall, basic electrical and plumbing etc.
- Will use various types of tools
Job Requirements for Maintenance Tech:
- Need to have some general apartment or facility maintenance experience.
- Need to be comfortable standing, stooping, bending and lifting 50-75lbs
- Need to be comfortable using all types of tools
- Requires a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Have experience in flooring (tile), sheetrock, installing doors, replacing electrical outlets, some plumbing.
