What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: $22 - $30 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible, professional security presence at assigned client locations.
- Patrol premises regularly to help deter unauthorized activity and maintain a safe environment.
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling situations involving the potential use of a firearm, in accordance with applicable law, training, and company policy.
- Submit timely, accurate incident reports to the Security Care Operations Team.
- Perform site-specific duties in accordance with post orders, organizational policies, and established procedures.
- Monitor surveillance systems to identify suspicious activity, security concerns, or potential violations.
- Help protect clients, personnel, property, and facilities against harassment, physical threats, vandalism, and unauthorized access or activity.
- Respond professionally to incidents and security concerns while following established protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Junior Agent: 0 - 3 years of verified experience; Senior Agent: 3+ years verified armed, military or corrections experience; Law Enforcement Officer, active or retired, with an ACT 120 rating or an active or retired Military Police specialty.
- Valid Pennsylvania Act 235 certification required.
- Must successfully pass Security Care's Armed Firearms Qualification in accordance with company policy.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, remain alert, and respond appropriately under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
