We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 15 maintenance technicians in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
As Maintenance Supervisor, you'll provide day-to-day leadership for the maintenance team while helping ensure our equipment, facilities, and utilities operate safely and reliably.
Key responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 15 maintenance technicians across multiple production shifts.

Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Coordinate daily maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and minimize unplanned downtime.

Partner with Production, Quality, and Sanitation to meet production goals while maintaining product quality.

Drive preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and corrective maintenance programs.

Investigate equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective actions.

Audit and improve preventive maintenance procedures to increase equipment reliability.

Ensure work orders and preventive maintenance activities are completed accurately and documented within the CMMS.

Train and mentor maintenance and production employees on proper equipment operation and maintenance practices.

Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist with scheduling, workload management, employee development, performance evaluations, and corrective action when needed.

Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DEQ, and all company food safety and environmental standards.

Participate in overtime and weekend coverage as business needs require.
What We're Looking For
Preferred qualifications include:

Five or more years of industrial maintenance experience, including previous supervisory or team leadership responsibilities.

Experience in food manufacturing or another high-speed manufacturing environment preferred.

Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial systems.

Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation.

Working knowledge of conveyors, pumps, motors, valves, compressors, packaging equipment, and preventive maintenance programs.

Experience using a CMMS to manage maintenance work orders and equipment history.

Strong understanding of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.

Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, USDA, and OSHA requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Physical Requirements

Stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods.

Frequently bend, climb, kneel, and stoop.

Lift up to 75 pounds.

Work in varying temperatures throughout a manufacturing environment.
