<p>This is a one year contract to hire. NO C2C. Must be onsite.</p>

<p>Duties: </p>
<ul>
<li>Manages, troubleshoots and diagnoses the design, repairs, planning and construction of equipment, machinery, buildings, vehicles and industrial systems for commercial buildings.</li>
<li>Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.</li>
<li>Troubleshoots, evaluates and makes recommendations for to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement saving opportunities.</li>
<li>Inspects buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions including but not limited to fire and life safety systems.</li>
<li>Understands and complies with applicable codes, regulations, governmental and company directives as related to building operations and safe work habits. </li>
<li>High school Diploma / GED or Secondary Education completed</li>
<li>2+ years experience</li>
