• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of native iOS applications using **Swift, SwiftUI, Combine and UIKit**.

\n

• Define application architecture, coding standards, and mobile development best practices.

\n

• Drive technical design discussions and provide solutions for complex business requirements.

\n

• Mentor and guide iOS developers through code reviews, technical coaching, and knowledge sharing.

\n

• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA, and Backend teams for successful delivery.

\n

• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and stability.

\n

• Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.

\n

• Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud services.

\n

• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

\n

• Lead Agile ceremonies, estimations, sprint planning, and technical roadmaps.

\n

• Promote engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

\n

• Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development of mobile engineers.

\n
