This part‑time role is perfect for someone who takes pride in preparing clean, move‑in‑ready apartment homes and enjoys hands‑on work in a supportive, fast‑paced environment.
Position Details

- Location: Charlotte, NC 28209
- Pay: $18/hr
- Schedule:
- Monday: 8 AM–5 PM
- Wednesday: 8 AM–5 PM
- Friday: 8 AM–12 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Opportunity Type: Part‑Time, Contract‑to‑Hire
Responsibilities
- Prepare and refresh apartment units for new residents
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, including:
- Painting and touch‑ups
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Light electrical work
- Appliance checks and minor fixes
- Clean and restore units after move‑outs
- Assist with general property upkeep and cleanliness
- Ensure all work meets community quality and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous make‑ready or apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic repairs and unit turns
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the maintenance team
