Ostroff Electric is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team working on some of NYC's most exclusive residential projects — from Fifth Avenue co-ops to downtown penthouses and Hamptons estates. About the Role
As an APM, you'll support Project Managers in running day-to-day operations on premium residential jobs — coordinating with architects, designers, GCs, and clients to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and built to the exacting standards our clients expect.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in managing project schedules, submittals, and RFIs
  • Coordinate with GCs, architects, designers, and vendors
  • Track material procurement and job site logistics
  • Support budgeting, change orders, and job costing
  • Attend site walkthroughs and client meetings
  • Help ensure code compliance and quality control on-site

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3+ years of experience in construction, electrical, or project coordination (residential/high-end a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills — you'll be client-facing
  • Familiarity with NYC construction processes/DOB is a plus
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) preferred
