About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Technician to support the construction, testing, troubleshooting, and quality evaluation of industrial, electrical, and electronic systems. This hands-on role works closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure products meet performance, safety, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate has strong electrical testing and troubleshooting skills, can read technical drawings and schematics, and is comfortable working in a production environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Test and evaluate industrial, electrical, and electronic systems to engineering requirements.
  • Install and inspect industrial control panel wiring for quality and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and correct equipment and process malfunctions.
  • Analyze and document test results and prepare testing reports.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Support manufacturing process improvements related to quality, productivity, and throughput.
  • Assist with equipment installation, manufacturing procedures, and productivity reporting.
  • Follow all safety requirements and OSHA guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects and assignments while meeting production timelines.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience with NEC Codes, UL 508, high/low voltage, electromechanical control panels, troubleshooting, testing, and PLCs.
  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic drawings and schematics.
  • Willingness to perform hands-on production and assembly work.
  • Knowledge of industry safety practices and OSHA guidelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge of pump stations and related systems is a plus.
  • Electrical Testing Technician Certification preferred.
  • Associate’s degree in Engineering Science or equivalent experience.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
