Job Description

We are currently hiring Maintenance Technicians at multiple experience levels, from entry-level positions to experienced Lead Maintenance Technicians. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our maintenance team and help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our residential apartment communities.

Compensation

$36,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience and position.

Opportunities for growth and advancement are available for individuals who demonstrate strong technical skills, reliability, and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

Complete maintenance service requests in a timely manner.
Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
Maintain maintenance tools, supplies, and inventory.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance shop and work areas.
For more experienced positions, assist with coordinating daily maintenance activities, providing direction to other maintenance technicians, and overseeing work performed by outside vendors and contractors.

Qualifications

Residential property maintenance experience preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant skills or experience are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance appropriate to the position and level of experience.
Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently or with guidance, depending on experience.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform the physical duties required of the position.
