Leasing Consultant – Brooklyn, NY 11201
Location: Brooklyn, NY 11201 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Position Type: Full-Time
Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for a busy apartment community in Brooklyn, NY 11201. If you're energetic, professional, and have a passion for customer service and leasing, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

<li>Answer leasing inquiries over the phone and provide exceptional customer service</li>
<li>Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents</li>
<li>Follow up with prospects and assist throughout the leasing process</li>
<li>Process rental applications and lease paperwork</li>
<li>Maintain accurate prospect and resident records</li>
<li>Work closely with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Apartment leasing experience is REQUIRED</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Comfortable answering high volumes of leasing calls</li>
<li>Experience conducting apartment tours and closing leases</li>
<li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Professional appearance and positive attitude</li>
<li>Experience with property management software is a plus</li>
