Responsibilities

Design, develop, and improve equipment and technology solutions to address complex customer challenges and enhance manufacturing processes

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, controls, and production system issues while providing technical support for customer meetings, trials, and installations

Support sales and project teams by preparing equipment quotations, evaluating project opportunities, and coordinating with contractors and equipment vendors
-
Lead equipment implementation activities, including production line setup, assembly, facility installations, staffing, and training of maintenance and production personnel
-
Foster strong customer relationships by ensuring timely problem resolution, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications

Advanced technical expertise supported by a Master’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience, with strong knowledge of electrical engineering, system controls, mechanical engineering, and system dynamics

Proven ability to analyze and interpret technical documentation, business information, industry publications, and regulatory requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and effectively present complex information to all levels of management

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities, complemented by solid project management experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, Outlook, and AutoCAD, with the ability to perform technical calculations and data analysis
