Job Title: Project Analyst
Location: Rosemead, CA
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Range: $30-$31/hr. on W2
Job Description:
Education Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:
Process encroachment closures
- Open project notifications and work orders so our agents across all regions can begin work on projects in a timely manner to serve our customers
- Process Non-PO Payments
- LCAP/LCOR creation
- Monitor the Secondary Land Use Inbox and respond to customer inquiries, submit requests to the licensing agent, and update the Secondary Land Use Log
- Review Certificate of Insurance documents and upload and notate text in SAP then forward to the responsible licensing agent
- Pay line rents which are critical to our operations
Required Skills/Attributes:
- Three or more years of experience in a supporting role within Title, Escrow, Property Management or Real Estate
Desired Skills/Attributes:
- SAP experience
- Experience using real estate and land based maps and plans, such as Tract and Parcel Maps, Assessors Maps, site development plans, Google Earth and Land Vision
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience completing assignments with various deadlines and making workflow adjustments to meet changing conditions and priorities with a high level of accuracy and with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience gathering, researching, analyzing information/data and drawing conclusions
