What You’ll Do
- Lead SAP BASIS administration tasks including installation, upgrades, and performance tuning
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve critical issues in real time
- Maintain system availability and contribute to ongoing maintenance activities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technical needs
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and improvements
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide second-level support
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree or higher in Information Technology or related field
- 10+ years of SAP BASIS Administration experience
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE, Cloud ALM, OpenText, and Cloud Integration Suite
- Solid understanding of system architecture, security, and database management
- Expertise in ERP systems and SAP BASIS best practices
- Skilled in transport management and change control procedures
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
