Job DescriptionOur client is the one-stop shop keeping North Metro Atlanta homes and businesses powered, flowing, and comfortable. As our Electrician you’ll diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems that prevent outages, keep people safe, and let customers get back to life—working side-by-side with plumbers, HVAC techs, and drain specialists who treat every call like it matters. What You’ll Accomplish
- Restore power and resolve electrical faults in homes and commercial sites on the first visit at least 85% of the time.
- Complete 5–7 quality service calls per day while earning 4.8+ customer ratings and zero safety incidents.
- Install panels, wiring, lighting, generators, and EV chargers to current NEC and local codes, cutting callbacks 20% within 90 days.
- Answer 24-hour emergency calls and arrive on-site within two hours to make the situation safe and functional.
- Coordinate seamlessly with plumbing and HVAC crews on combined jobs so customers get one invoice and one trusted team.
- Keep accurate digital records of every job so billing, parts, and follow-up happen without delay.
How You’ll Work
You’ll report to the Service Manager, drive a fully stocked company van, and use industry-standard tools plus our dispatch software. The 11–50 person team is based in Marietta and covers Cobb County and the North Metro. 24-hour emergency coverage is shared, not dumped on one person.
What You Need to Succeed
- Valid Georgia Electrical Contractor or Journeyman license (or ability to obtain immediately).
- 3+ years hands-on residential and light-commercial troubleshooting, panel upgrades, and new installs.
- Deep working knowledge of the National Electrical Code and local permitting.
- Clean driving record, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors.
- Calm, clear communication with homeowners and business owners who just want the lights back on.
