Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced Shopify CRO & Developer to help optimize and scale one of the fastest-growing DTC brands.
You'll own everything from landing page development and Shopify customization to A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. If you know how to turn traffic into revenue, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize Shopify storefronts and landing pages
- Develop custom Shopify features and theme modifications
- Improve site speed and overall performance
- Execute A/B tests across product pages, collections, checkout, and funnels
- Analyze user behavior using heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics
- Increase conversion rate, AOV, and revenue through continuous testing
- Integrate and manage Shopify apps and third-party tools
- Collaborate with marketing, paid media, email, and creative teams to launch high-converting campaigns
Requirements
- 3+ years of Shopify development experience
- Strong knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify APIs
- Proven experience improving conversion rates for DTC ecommerce brands
- Experience with Replo, Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, GA4, Microsoft Clarity/Hotjar, and A/B testing tools
- Strong understanding of UX, CRO, and ecommerce best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot quickly and ship improvements fast
- Data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with Meta Ads landing page optimization
- Familiarity with Shopify Functions, Checkout Extensions, and custom apps
- Experience working with seven- or eight-figure ecommerce brands
