A Day in the Life
This is not a desk job. You’ll be moving, solving problems, and helping customers every single day.
Here’s what your typical day looks like:
- Start your day with a fully equipped company vehicle
- Travel to residential and commercial properties
- Perform pest control treatments (inside and outside homes & businesses)
- Inspect properties for pest and rodent activity and entry points
- Communicate clearly with customers about what you’re doing
- Recommend solutions when needed (no pressure selling)
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Climb ladders and access attics, roofs, and tight spaces
Every day is different, and that’s what keeps it interesting.
Requirements (Read This Carefully)
We want to set clear expectations upfront so you know exactly what the job involves:
- Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
- Must be comfortable climbing and working from a two-story ladder
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors
- Comfortable working on roofs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills with customers
No Experience Required
We provide full training.
Backgrounds that do especially well:
- Construction
- Roofing
- HVAC
- Landscaping
- General labor
If you’re used to working with your hands, you’ll pick this up quickly.
Pay, Benefits & Growth
We believe in paying people fairly and giving them room to grow.
Compensation:
- $18–$25/hour base pay
- Performance-based commission (BONUS, not sales pressure)

- You are NOT expected to be a salesperson
- Commission is simply extra income for doing great work
