Maintenance Tech Needed

Full time position available in Hudson, FL

Maintenance techs perform semi-skilled preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks. These tasks are associated with the upkeep and operation of the complex.

Maintenance Duties: work with our team too

· Maintain landscaping (mowing, tree trimming, irrigation, & fertilizer)

· Maintain commercial pool (will certify)

· Maintain and repair all common elements: building exterior, clubhouse, guard house, promenade deck, roofs/terraces, beach, nature trail, boat docks, etc.

· Check and maintain vehicles, generators, power tools, fountain, etc.

· Perform timely maintenance in accordance with maintenance log schedule for all common areas.

· Complete on-site maintenance log weekly.

· Complete management work orders for common area maintenance. Perform other services which may be requested by the board of directors through the Community Association Manager.

Work Experience Requirements:

· Maintain a valid Florida driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

· Must be a team player.

· Experience in maintenance and repairs; including basic electrical and plumbing.

· A minimum of five (5) years prior maintenance experience; community association environment preferred.

· Operate power tools, power washer, tractor and various other maintenance equipment.

· Ability to work independently, without supervision when necessary, and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, time restraints, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
