Responsibilities:What You’ll Do

Connect with pre-qualified buyers and sellers to understand their goals and provide tailored real estate solutions.

Conduct buyer consultations, listing appointments, and property showings.

Prepare offers, listing strategies, and pricing recommendations based on client goals and market conditions.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve strong outcomes for clients.

Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction, from consultation through closing.

Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the client experience.

Use the team’s CRM and proven systems to manage follow-up, appointments, and client relationships.

Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
Qualifications:What We’re Looking For

Active Maryland Real Estate License required.

Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of closing transactions and building strong client relationships.

Ability to effectively work with company-provided buyer and seller leads and convert opportunities into appointments and closed transactions.

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with a client-first approach.

Motivated, organized, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Coachable and growth-minded, with a willingness to follow proven systems and processes.

Committed to ongoing real estate training, coaching, and professional development.
