Maintenance Technician Job Type: Full-time | Part-time
Maintenance Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
High school diploma or equivalent
</li>
<li>
2+ years of experience (Property maintenance experience preferred)
</li>
<li>
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend at the knees, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders
</li>
<li>
Must be able to maintain a safe and clean work environment
</li>
<li>
Experience in HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing is a plus, but not required
</li>
</ul>
Maintenance Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
<ul>
<li>
Complete maintenance work orders promptly and effectively
</li>
<li>
Assist with groundskeeping as needed
</li>
<li>
Support apartment turnovers, including minor repairs, grab bar installation, toilet replacements, carpet/pad removal, etc.
</li>
<li>
Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, hanging fixtures, replacing air filters, and conducting small carpentry or plumbing repairs
</li>
<li>
Carry out routine preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment as directed by the Maintenance Director
</li>
