Ready to take responsibility for your own work and help others stay on track? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator in Tampa to support project delivery while taking on some day-to-day team leadership.

\n

You’ll work alongside project management, organize deadlines and information, and guide colleagues through assigned activities. This role offers a practical step toward leadership, with support for decisions involving budgets, staffing, or major project changes.

Your Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Maintain project schedules, milestones, task lists, and progress trackers.
  • \n

  • Coordinate information between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • \n

  • Lead short project check-ins and confirm priorities and next steps.
  • \n

  • Help allocate agreed tasks and follow up on completion.
  • \n

  • Support colleagues with routine questions and explain project procedures.
  • \n

  • Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and supporting documents.
  • \n

  • Track resources and expenses against approved requirements.
  • \n

  • Identify delays or workload concerns and raise them with the Project Manager.
  • \n

  • Assist with onboarding team members to project systems and workflows.
  • \n

  • Support final deliverable checks, handover, and project reviews.
  • \n

What You’ll Bring

\n

Experience in coordination, operations, administration, events, or client services is helpful. Transferable experience from Tampa’s hospitality and service workplaces is welcome, particularly if you’ve organized shifts, trained colleagues, or handled competing deadlines.
