Job Description
We are hiring a hands-on Data Center Technician for a 100% onsite position in Memphis, TN. This person will support day-to-day data center operations, including troubleshooting servers, replacing hardware components, performing system maintenance, and resolving hardware issues.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair server hardware</li>
<li>Replace components such as hard drives, NICs, GPUs, and other server parts</li>
<li>Use Linux command line and review system logs</li>
<li>Perform hardware deployments, firmware upgrades, and system testing</li>
<li>Support basic networking troubleshooting</li>
<li>Manage service tickets, parts inventory, and documentation</li>
<li>Coordinate with support and data center facility teams</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>2+ years of hands-on data center/server hardware experience</li>
<li>Experience repairing and replacing server components</li>
<li>Linux CLI and log troubleshooting experience</li>
<li>Basic networking knowledge</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to lift 65 lbs and work on ladders</li>
<li>U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required</li>
<li>Schedule flexibility as needed</li>
