Job Details:

1. Job Type: Full-time (Independent Contractor / Commission)
2. Earning Potential: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21+ per year (The sky is the limit for top producers)
3. Benefits: Flexible, self-determined schedule
4. Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability required for showings/open houses
5. Compensation Structure: Commission pay + Bonus pay opportunities
