Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and needs
• Conduct buyer consultations, property showings, and listing appointments
• Prepare and negotiate purchase offers, listing agreements, and contracts
• Guide clients through the buying or selling process from consultation to closing
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title, and transaction teams
• Manage client communication and follow-ups throughout the transaction
• Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Florida-licensed Real Estate Sales Agent ready to grow their business, serve buyers and sellers, and close more transactions.

• Active Florida Real Estate License required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven
• Organized with excellent follow-up and time-management skills
• Confident working with buyers, sellers, and real estate opportunities
• Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
• Committed to delivering an exceptional client experience
