Guard Shack Lead:
Responsible for overseeing daily security operations,
ensuring the safety and security of personnel, facilities, and assets. This role
provides leadership to the security team, ensures compliance with company
policies, and supports continuous improvement of security procedures. Key
Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security officers.
• Ensure all security protocols and procedures are followed.
• Monitor access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems.
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections of the facility.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit detailed incident and activity reports.
• Train, coach, and support security staff to ensure high performance.
• Assist in scheduling and shift coverage.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to maintain a safe
environment.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in security or
related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in security operations.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
• Basic computer skills (reports, email, monitoring systems).
